We welcome new beginning students to join us for a FREE CLASS in any Foundations class within the first two
weeks of a session. All other yoga students who are NEW to the Avalon may purchase a 2 Class Pass for
Our classes offer a step by step structure to safely and mindfully explore the many benefits of yoga. You
are always encouraged to discover the balance between effort and ease; challenging yourself to move to new places while finding a
place of rest within each posture. You will also find a variety of classes tailored to individual needs or offering a specific
focus. We provide mats and other props for all Yoga classes.
Most classes run in 10 week sessions. We also offer 5 and 15 class cards for ongoing
classes, which have a 10 week expiration but may be purchased at any time. Drop ins are welcome in all classes (beginning
yoga students may drop in during the first 3 weeks of the Foundations class - beyond that please wait for a new session to

Our classes are offered in comfortable, serene surroundings.
Both rooms are equipped with mats and all the props needed to provide a safe , individually tailored practice for our students.
